Contract & Regular Transport
Contract & Regular Transport for UK Businesses
Need vehicles every day, every week, or just through your busy period? We cover scheduled collections, dedicated vehicles, regular routes and overflow — alongside the same-day work we are known for.
What a regular arrangement covers
Most of this is work you are already paying someone to do — usually at ad-hoc rates, booked one job at a time.
Scheduled collections
A standing slot — same time, same days. Daily, a few times a week, or weekly. You stop raising a booking for work that happens anyway.
Dedicated vehicles
A vehicle held for your work rather than shared across a route. Right-sized to what you actually move, not what happens to be free.
Overflow cover
For when your own fleet or your usual carrier is full. You keep your existing arrangement; we take the jobs it cannot.
Peak-season support
Extra capacity through Christmas, product launches, shutdowns and production peaks — planned ahead rather than scrambled on the day.
The right vehicle, every time
13 vehicle types from a small van to an artic, including tail-lift and curtain-sider. One supplier whether it is an envelope or a full load.
One monthly invoice
A credit account with 30-day terms, a statement of every job, and electronic POD against each one. No paying per booking by card.
How it works
Tell us what repeats
Routes, frequency, vehicle, and what has gone wrong with how it is covered now.
We price it properly
A rate for the regular work rather than an ad-hoc quote each time. Written down, so it does not drift.
It just runs
Scheduled jobs appear in your portal with live tracking and POD. You review it on one invoice a month.
There is no tie-in. A regular arrangement is a rate and a schedule, not a contract that locks you to a minimum spend — if it stops working for you, it stops.
Tell us what repeats
Rough details are fine. We will come back with a price for the regular work, usually within one working hour.
