Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Last updated: April 2026

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that X-Eagle (Xeagle Ltd, Company No. 15823876) has taken, and continues to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

X-Eagle is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are dedicated to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere in our operations.

2. Our Business

X-Eagle is a UK-based same-day courier and logistics company operating nationwide. We provide dedicated courier services including same-day delivery, multi-drop, and freight forwarding. Our operations are based in the United Kingdom, and we employ drivers and office staff directly, as well as engaging self-employed sub-contractors.

Our supply chain primarily consists of vehicle suppliers, fuel providers, technology partners, insurance providers, and sub-contracted courier drivers.

3. Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. Our commitment includes:

  • Zero tolerance towards modern slavery and human trafficking
  • Ensuring all workers are treated with dignity and respect
  • Paying all workers at least the National Living Wage
  • Verifying the right to work in the UK for all employees and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring working conditions comply with all relevant UK employment legislation
  • Maintaining transparent and fair recruitment practices

4. Due Diligence Processes

We carry out due diligence when considering taking on new suppliers and sub-contractors, and regularly review our existing supply chain. Our due diligence includes:

  • Verifying the identity and right to work of all workers before engagement
  • Requiring all sub-contractors to confirm compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
  • Conducting background checks on new suppliers and partners
  • Reviewing employment practices of key suppliers on a regular basis
  • Maintaining records of all checks and assessments carried out
  • Including modern slavery clauses in contracts with suppliers and sub-contractors

5. Risk Assessment

We have assessed the risk of modern slavery occurring within our business and supply chain. The key areas of potential risk we have identified are:

  • Sub-contracted drivers: We mitigate this risk by verifying identity, right to work, and ensuring fair rates of pay for all sub-contracted couriers
  • Vehicle cleaning and maintenance providers: We use established, reputable suppliers and carry out periodic reviews of their employment practices
  • Warehouse and storage facilities: Where third-party facilities are used, we verify their compliance with employment law and modern slavery obligations

We consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, given our UK-based workforce, direct employment relationships, and robust verification procedures. However, we remain vigilant and continuously review our risk assessments.

6. Supply Chain Monitoring

We monitor our supply chain to ensure compliance through the following measures:

  • Annual review of all sub-contractor and supplier agreements
  • Requiring suppliers to confirm their own anti-slavery policies and procedures
  • Investigating any concerns or reports of non-compliance promptly and thoroughly
  • Reserving the right to terminate relationships with suppliers who fail to meet our standards
  • Maintaining an up-to-date register of all suppliers and sub-contractors

7. Training & Awareness

We ensure that our staff and management are aware of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • All new employees and sub-contractors receive information about modern slavery awareness as part of their induction
  • Management and key staff receive training on identifying signs of modern slavery and the steps to take if concerns arise
  • We promote awareness of the Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700) and the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA)
  • Regular refresher training is provided to ensure continued awareness

8. Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone who has concerns about modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chain to report them. Reports can be made in confidence and without fear of retaliation.
