For loads past van size out of Leeds we run 7.5, 12, 18 and 26 tonne vehicles plus artics, on a dedicated basis with the truck assigned to your job alone. This is the work that falls between a courier and a full haulier: too big for a van, too urgent or too small to wait for a general haulier’s planned load.
We need weight, dimensions and how it is being loaded and unloaded at each end. Those three decide whether it is a 7.5 tonne with a tail lift or an 18 tonne with a forklift at both ends — and sending the wrong vehicle wastes a whole day for everybody.
Larger vehicles are routed for lorry access rather than by car satnav, so weight limits, low bridges and width restrictions around Leeds are accounted for before the driver sets off instead of discovered at a bridge.
Drivers’ hours are real and we plan to them. If a job cannot legally be done in one shift we will tell you that at the quote and price it as a two-day run rather than book it and fail.
Road miles below were measured once by routing each city’s central postcode, not estimated, and the prices are what our own quote engine returns for that distance and vehicle. Prices are ex-VAT for a single collection and delivery during normal hours; out-of-hours, weekend and extra-stop charges are shown on your quote before you book.

Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Halifax, Harrogate, York, Dewsbury, Keighley and the rest of Yorkshire, with LS1 and the surrounding districts covered. If your postcode is not listed it is almost certainly still covered — this is the main areas, not the limit.
Yorkshire businesses need couriers that understand the region. Generic national firms use hubs and shared loads — slow and unreliable.
Up to a 26 tonne rigid, and artics by arrangement. If the site cannot take an artic we will say so and plan around it.
Yes. A dedicated part load costs more per pallet than a groupage network but goes direct and arrives when you were told.
Yes — routing for larger vehicles accounts for weight limits, height and width restrictions rather than taking the car route.
We plan to the legal limits. A run that will not fit one shift is quoted as two days up front, because the alternative is a driver running out of hours on your delivery.
Collection postcode, delivery postcode, and roughly what is moving. The quote you get is the price invoiced — no booking fee and no fuel surcharge added afterwards.
