X-Eagle Referral Programme — Terms

Who can refer

Active X-Eagle business account holders. One referral code per account. You're authorised to refer on behalf of the business in your name.

How it works

  1. Share your unique referral link or code (e.g. XE-XXXXXX-XXXX) with another business.
  2. They book their first delivery using your code (or via your link).
  3. After their first delivery is completed, we credit:
    • You: £10 cashback + 250 X-Eagle points
    • Them: £10 off their next booking
  4. You'll see the status update on /dashboard/referrals.

When credit is paid

Credit is awarded after the referee's first delivery is marked as delivered. It can take up to 24 hours for the credit to appear on your account. Credits are paid as account balance — redeemable for vouchers (Amazon, M&S, Tesco, Costa, Uber Eats and more) via the Rewards page, or as a discount on a future invoice.

What doesn't qualify

  • Self-referrals (using your own code on your own bookings).
  • A code from a business already referred to X-Eagle by someone else.
  • Bookings cancelled, refunded or chargebacked.
  • Test bookings, internal accounts, fraudulent or misrepresented activity.

Caps & limits

  • Maximum referrer credit: £500 per calendar month per account.
  • Above that cap, additional referrals roll over to the next month.
  • The referee discount applies to one booking per referee, ever.

Anti-fraud

We monitor referrals for unusual patterns (multiple accounts from the same person, referral loops, fake bookings). Bookings flagged as fraudulent forfeit any associated referral credit.

Tax

Credit awarded as cashback or invoice discount is treated as a price reduction for VAT purposes (no separate VAT event). If you elect to receive credit as cash via Tremendous, the cash value is treated as referral income on your side; please consult your accountant.

Programme changes

We may modify, pause or end this programme at any time with 30 days' written notice (email to your account contact). Already-earned, unredeemed credit will be honoured for 12 months after any change.

Authorised use in B2B

By using your referral code, you confirm you are authorised by your employer (if applicable) to receive credit on behalf of the business account, and that doing so does not breach any procurement, anti-bribery, or expense policy at your workplace. Where required, please consult your finance or compliance team before participating.

Disputes

Email ops@xeagle.co.uk within 60 days. We'll respond within 5 working days.
