X-Eagle Cashback & Loyalty Programme — Terms
Effective date: 6 May 2026
Eligibility
The cashback and loyalty programme is open to all paying X-Eagle B2B customers with an active business account in good standing. Participation is opt-in via your account dashboard. One programme membership per registered business account.
Earn rates
You earn 1 X-Eagle point per £1 spent, calculated on the net (ex-VAT) value of paid invoices only. Cancelled, refunded or chargebacked bookings do not earn points. Points credit to your account within 24 hours of an invoice being marked paid.
In addition, you receive cashback on your monthly net spend according to the tier table below. Tiers reset on the first day of each calendar month.

The top tier of 5% is reached at £50,000+ monthly spend (ex-VAT). Most small and mid-sized businesses earn 1–2%. Spend across multiple subsidiary accounts is not aggregated.
Redemption
1 point = £1. You can redeem your points balance via your Rewards dashboard as:
- Invoice credit (applied directly to a future invoice)
- Shopping voucher (Amazon, M&S, Tesco and others)
- Gift card (Costa, John Lewis, Uber Eats and others)
Minimum redemption: £1. Maximum redemption: £10,000 per redemption. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
Expiry
- Loyalty points do not expire while your account remains active.
- Single-use booking discount codes expire 90 days after issue.
- Referee voucher credits (issued under the referral programme) expire 180 days from the date of issue.
If your account is closed, any unredeemed points will remain redeemable for 12 months from the closure date.
VAT treatment
Cashback redemptions are treated as a price reduction on a future supply, not a separate VAT event. If you elect to receive credit as cash via Tremendous, the cash value is treated as referral or rebate income on your side; please consult your accountant.
Tier appeals
If you believe your assigned cashback tier is incorrect (for example because spend across linked accounts has not been combined correctly, or a paid invoice has not been counted), email ops@xeagle.co.uk with your account reference and the disputed period. A human reviewer will respond within 5 business days. This satisfies the right to human review under UK GDPR Article 22.
Amendment & withdrawal
X-Eagle reserves the right to amend, pause or close the cashback and loyalty programme at any time, providing 30 days' written notice to active customers (by email to your account contact). Already-earned, unredeemed points will remain honoured for at least 12 months from the date of any material change. This commitment is consistent with CMA fairness expectations for consumer-style loyalty schemes.
Complaints
If you wish to dispute a redemption or the calculation of points or cashback, email ops@xeagle.co.uk within 60 days of the disputed event. We will respond within 5 business days. Our full complaints procedure is available at /complaints.
Data
We use Tremendous (a US-based reward fulfilment service) as a third-party data processor when you redeem points as a shopping voucher or gift card. We share only the data necessary to fulfil the reward (your name, email address and the GBP redemption amount). Tremendous is bound by standard contractual clauses and processes data on our behalf.
